We need a report that we can run at any time that gives us all the packages for the specified date ranges as follows:

Patient Name, Patient Number, Start Date, Care Plan, Product, Services Remaining, Product Price

For example,

“Clerk Support”, 439812, “07-10-2025”, “12 Session Laser”, "Laser Session", 11, $47.00

If a care plan contains multiple products/services, there would be a separate row for each product/service, i.e.

“Clerk Support”, 439812, “07-10-2025”, “12 Session Laser”, "Laser Session", 11, $47.00
“Clerk Support”, 439812, “07-10-2025”, “2 Session PRP 30mg”, "PRP 30mg Session", 2, $350.00

This report is necessary for correct accrual accounting of care plans since we don't realize the income until we provide the service to the patient. For example, if a patient buys a $470 package of 6 laser sessions, and he has 3 sessions remaining, then our accrued income is $235 with an outstanding liability of $235.
