Bug; incomplete process: Appt Type Asscd Products don't pull thru dx/charge

If you associate a product/service to an appointment type, when the appointment type is scheduled, it properly inserts the service however it does not attach with it any charges or diagnoses that have been set to automatically setup with that service.

eg: Let's say the service named "adjustment" has associated with it m99.01 and 98941 in settings. Let's say you also associate "adjustment" with the appointment type "chiro visit". If you create and then check-in the appt type "chiro visit", it will associate the service but will not have the charges or dx code properly associated.
