New Icon: Aloha Flower if recent Aloha forms entered into Files Folder

1. If Files folder contains a PDF from Aloha from last 30 days, then an icon of Aloha Flower appears in patient appointment tile
2. Once patient experiences any type of Checkout, then the icon disappears
It would be nice to be able to look at the schedule at a glance and see future exam appointments and know if they did their Aloha paperwork yet without having to go into Files for each patient
