Clerk EHR creates noreply-invoices@getclerk.com

UI:
In checkout page, next to invoice PDF icon is an email icon. If clicked, it sends that invoice file to patient's account email.
AND
In Financials page, can also bulk action the invoice email.

When user clicks email invoice button, patients will receive an e-mail from the noreply-invoices@getclerk.com

For all clinics, Clerk could tokenize the SUBJECT and the BODY of the email, e.g.
Subject: Invoice: ~Patient Name~
Body: ~Clinic Name~ has sent you an invoice. Please contact the office below with any questions.
~Clinic Phone~
~Clinic Email~
~Clinic Website~
