An option to send out a feedback request after a set # of appointments. Example: Feedback request go out after the patients 5th appointment.

Yes! Please! This needs to be top priority!! We love the feedback request feature, but hate that it sends it out after the first appt. We need a few visits with them to build a relationship and make progress before it gets sent!

Can you add other time options to send feedback request? 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days after check in. Feel like asking for a review feedback and then a review after my Day one appointment( I don’t adjust on day 1) is too early to ask.

Yes please!! We also find that asking for a review after day 1 feels way too soon. Chirotouch (and I imagine other EHR systems) track the appointment number -- why can't review wave do the same? We were told that this was actually a feature when we signed up with review wave

We would love to have this feature to request feedback after 5 appointments which allows us time to build trust and relationship with the patients before asking for their reviews.

YES! We find that asking for a review after the 1st appointment is too soon. The quality of the review is better after a few visits. We think after the 4th visit would be best for us.

I love this idea. I think this would really be a great way to target each practices sweet spot of when a review is most appropriate!
