Remove patient access to scheduling online and app

Please consider a way to remove a specific patient access to app and online access to appointments. I know it is rare, but I have had one individual schedule as a NP twice and no show for both - didn't acknowledge request for NP ppwk. He L/M saying he was going to reschedule - had to text him to not do this. As it stands, he is in the misses appointment campaign so he received a missed appointment text inviting him to reschedule. I had to re-text him to ignore the automated email.

Great news! You can now block a patient from scheduling using The Scheduling App. You can achieve this by going to Contacts>Show Contacts. From there, click on your desired patient. Select "Settings" from the profile tab and toggle the switch that says "Book appointments in The Scheduling App".

The patient will still be able to access the app to view upcoming appointments, message the office, and sync their appointments to their phone calendars. They will just not be able to schedule/reschedule/cancel an appointment.

We have a patient that is constantly scheduling via the scheduling app, then not showing up for his appt. We would like to be able to restrict his access to scheduling on the app and instead make him call the office directly to schedule, either by having his access terminated completely or have an alert pop up when he tries to scheduling stating he will have to call the office .

We should have a way to block individuals from scheduling - for example a new patient who has made several appointments and not kept them :)

We recently had a "Patient" schedule 10 new patient appointments through our website. All different emails and birthdays. They blocked up our whole schedule so other real patients couldn't schedule with us., and caused our front desk staff a headache... It would be great to have a feature that confirmed a real person trying to schedule. Thanks for considering!!

Definately need the feature to block patients that are hibitual no shows that schedule via the app and/or have a feature on the app for these types of patients that MAKE them prepay for their appt prior to scheduling... this would be my preference

Yes we DEFINITELY need this blocking feature -- we have a couple of patients that do this all the time and it is not fair to take that time away from another patient that would keep the appointment!!

Definitely need this option. Currently I have to remove them from the calendar and send a text/voicemail to confirm they need to call same day because of no shows.

Would like to be able to disallow specific patients (not all patients) from being able to schedule appointments on the Scheduling App. This would prevent those that are perpetual no-shows from scheduling on the app, forcing them to call and talk to office staff, who would be able to remind them of any cancellation policy the office has, so that revenue is not lost.

Prevent certain patients from using The Scheduling App. Ex: Some patients will over schedule and then not show up so we would prefer they schedule directly with us

Yes Please. Some patients, although established, need longer appointment times and should either be blocked from online scheduling or have a way of altering just their appointment times to longer.
