Add ability to separate multiple pairs of glasses on OST

Some offices offer a discount on a second pair of glasses. If we can add the ability to add second pairs and separate this in the OST, then its easier to simply discount the one pair to 30/40/50% rather than have to calculate a manual discount since all items are in the same cart (especially if one of the pairs is already using insurance towards the purchase)
