Reset Button only resets patient name/DOB after being selected.

When running multiple medical payers for a single patient, you have to re-add the name and DOB for the patient before inputting the medical payer information. Only allow the reset button to reset/clear out the name/DOB information after being selected instead of after the search has been run.
